Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and return:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase experience from Kickstart Store, you can either return your order and get a full refund or exchange it for another product. You can return and exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt, and the returned products must be in their original condition and in their original box and packaging.

Warranty mechanism in case of replacement and obtaining another product:

1 - The customer is asked to film the product in a video clip and show the problem.

2 - A new product is sent to the customer in case of a manufacturing defect

3 - Upon receiving the new product from the shipping company, the damaged product will be handed over to them for return to our warehouse.

4- In case of exchange or return of the product via SMSA after issuance of the shipping label, the product will be delivered to the nearest available SMSA branch.

If you wish to return the product and receive a refund:

1 - Film the product in a clear video clip showing the original packaging of the product.

2 - The return policy will be sent via email or WhatsApp

3 - The policy and product are handed over to the shipping company, and when we receive and inspect them, the amount is refunded.

If the customer is in Jeddah, the customer will be notified of the location of the showroom.

The switch will be immediate.
